Exchange or Return of Goods

At Lawdus Electronics GH, your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issues with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.
Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
For Open Box and Pre-Owned items, we ensure full testing before delivery, but if any fault arises, we’ll gladly exchange or refund based on the issue.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Returns due to change of mind may attract a restocking fee.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- an order_ID indicating the fact of purchase on the Lawdus online store in email;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
